Would SOMEBODY please tell me why my magicJack is continuously causing my computer to go into an involuntary shutdown, going into crash dump, screwing up programs? And it's happening while the computer is active, I'm active on the computer - the phone rings, doesn't happen all the time, but once is too often, and my computer goes into involuntary shutdown, scary message on the screen, crash dump of files then option of rebooting. MagicJack "customer service" doesn't seem to have a clue. I've been told to go into the system itself and change things, which I'm not willing to do.
MAJOR problem - two days ago it took me FIVE HOURS to restore a program that is absolutely necessary for work on my computer, which is my sole source of (pitiful that it is) income.
