On 03/08 my computer was attacked by a (virus that was going to crash my computer) and a box appears saying that I needed to buy a scan service in order to protect my computer.
The scam box would not let me do anything, not even shut off my computer until I bought the product. I have no program on my computer after buying, but my card has been charged 59.95 1.00 because of the charge.
I have no account information and no information to get a hold of said company and am having problems disputing this with my card account.
