Submitted order for rifle mags including 5 of a particular type in December. Got a partial order filled but none of the five listed above, with statement they were "backordered" and would be filled in a "timely manner".
After I sent in my ordrer, I helped a friend submit his order, which included 12 of the same mags which I had on backorder. His order was further delayed by an address snafu but he eventually received all 12 of his items, and of course, my own backorder was still not filled. I sent a complaint and was first told I had ordered something different (Incorrect).
I sent them a copy of my friend's order along with mine showing their error, and they responded that this had happened to other customers as well. I have been a steady customer in the past and had referred my friend to their site for the first time for his order. This is incompetent behavior both from a shipping/supply and customer service standpoint, and I will no longer recommend this company to others.
