I wish I had read reviews online before ordering! Like so many others, I had a groupon coupon for some personalised mobile phone cases. I ordered them mid December and thought they may come just after Christmas... But end of January and I have still received nothing! I sent three email weeks apart and only got an automated response. Finally I sent an email which was an official complaint and quoted their complaints policy to them. Surprise surprise I got a response the next day! They told me that delivery had been refused as addressee had gone away. I certainly have not gone away! Then they had the cheek to tell me I had to pay £4 again for postage and had to ring their 0844 number within one week of receiving their email. I was on hold for over 20 minutes before hanging up.
I'm also mindful of other's reviews about how poor their quality is. I've said in my email I either want free delivery or a full refund. Have to wait and see what happens now...
