I am still waiting for 2photo books that I was emailed to say they were dispatched on 11th May. I have emailed Printerpix a number of times to only receive an automated reply. I have requested in 3 occasions that a manager ring me and I have had no phone call. I try to ring regularly and I'm always placed in such a long queue that I have never managed to speak to anyone. My emails are clearly not being read, due to my questions not being answered and my request of a phone call not being met. After reading these reviews I am now concerned about the qualityof the books if I ever receive them.
I will be contacting Groupon and advising them of the poor customer service and for them to consider whether they want to be associated with this company. I neve used Groupon I actually paid £60 for ths appalling service. I hope Printerpix read these reviews!!!
