I have the black card membership. When I signed up, I was told I would have unlimited access to a personal trainer. Translation: I can join his "classes" anytime I want to. There is no one on one training. I don't feel like my personal goals are the business of the rest of the "class". There are days when the bathrooms don't get cleaned. Gross! Not to mention, unsanitary. If you complain about anything you get a blank stare. That's all. Just a blank stare. What do I want for $19.95/month? I want a gym that doesn't pretend to be something they aren't. Don't say you care about your clients, if you don't care.
