Someone came 3 weeks ago said the IFM was going out should have changed then but didn't... Not working again no heat... Called yesterday no one coming till tues... Waited patiently last time but this time my husband is having surgery tues so can't be here and no one else can... Need it fixed now can't bring him home thurs to a freezing house with no heat... I have a contract on this heat pump.
