Someone came 3 weeks ago said the IFM was going out should have changed then but didnt... Not working again no heat... Called yesterday no one coming till tues... Waited patiently last time but this time my husband is having surgery tues so cant be here and no one else can... Need it fixed now cant bring him home thurs to a freezing house with no heat... I have a contract on this heat pump.
