Got a phone call from a guy stating that I had received a grant. Only needed to pay $3.87 for processing and that I would receive an email to complete paper work. This guy has an accent and couldn't understand all he said. I think that is part of his scam. I usually just hang up on folks that call but I was searching grants and it sounded good. For only $4.
