I recieved a phone call from a Frank Cooper. He said that I had qualified for a federal grant that I would not have to pay back. After I told him that I would have to think about it, he said it was the last day to register.
He said that a $8,000 grant would be mine, and I would only have to pay $257 as a processing fee (this would be due two weeks after the day he was calling me).
It all sounded very good until he wanted my bank account number for the transaction. I said that I was at a friends house and couldn't give him the information he needed. He got very disgruntled. I told him to call me back the next day. He said by then the time would be up to collect my grant. He said he would call me back in one hour so I could get the information.
After this, I did a search on the internet for the company he said he was with. That's when I found this website. I saw a complaint from another guy who's story was the same as mine. I'm very glad I decided to do a search, and am very glad for this website.
