I ordered a trial for Pure Collagen products. However, I never received the products and my credit card was charged $3.95 for the shipment and the $98.95 for the product. After talking to them, they will not refund my money or ship me the product since it apparently was delivered to my house. They did offer to credit my account for $60. NOTE: When I cancelled the auto-ship order, they were willing to reduce the monthly charge to around $39 instead of $98.
