Given 3 separate confirmation numbers, a name; and installation date. When I call the number listed at online bank statement, nobody has any clue that I even exist, although they stole my money. All the fright one could ever have regarding giving out access to a private bank account!!! Direct TV, I found out has no clue as to what is going on in their customer service departments; not a one of them can find any trace of my call for a new order placed. They sold me on maintaining my account with Dish Network. After 15 years with Dish Network-I have never had billing problems. This large company needs to quit stealing.
