Best Buy Auto Glass replaced the windshield on our 2004 Chevy Tahoe. During the installation, they damaged our steering wheel.in addition, our windshield was not installed properly and allows water inside of our vehicle. When I have contacted them, they informed me that they will not come to us to have the complaint addressed. I need to set up an appointment and come to them. When I have asked for appointments, the available appointments are usually in the morning. Because they are located accross town, I have missed one appointment because I was late and did not want to wait all day to have a slot open up. Other times, we have not been able to clear our schedule (child care and school schedule an issue).
