Replacement of windshield installed on 5/17.installer did not seal windshield properly. Windshiedl leaks and has no seal, air flow in vehicle from bad seal sounds like window is open. Called 24/7 on 5/23 to report issues and have a installer come out to repair problem. I was given a 5 hour window in which I had to reschedule appointments.installer arrived @ 3:15 5/24. Problem still not resolved installer spent approxamently five minutes and supposedly addressed problem with seal.
Called company back on 5/24 left message to inform my problem was still not fixed. Spoke to Katie again on 5/25 and was told I would receive a call back in 15 minutes that was at 9:30am it is now nearly 10:30am and still waiting for response. I asked if I could have a refund and for company to take out improperly installed winshield.informed that would not be possible under warrenty which I never received a copy of and also was not given a receipt for initial job had to make a copy myself of work order. I feel my time and aggrevation means nothing to 24/7 Auto Glass. Will never use this company again, very poor customer service.
