On Jan 30 took my car to Northtown Auto tire because the mechanic said we needed a new water pump and he would charge us $60.00 to put it on... On Feb 2 the mechanic calls and said the water pump we had purcharse he was missing a screw so my husband told him once he get off from work he would bring the piece to him which he did the mechanic told him on Feb 3 he would be done and he could come and get the car but when my husband called him he said he don't work on Sunday but you can come in on Monday to get it so get there Feb4 around 12:00 pm and he tells my husband that he order a water hose for the truck my husband then get to yelling at him asking him why didn't he call him first to consent with him to see if that was ok my husband then told the mechanic not to put it on but when we got ready to pay for everything he went up on his price from 60.00 dollar to 100.00 dollar I called the police right away and the officers told me it wasn't nothing he could do about it because it a civil matter now so the officer told me to file a complaint with different people I was not a satisfied customer and wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else
