I paid Vehicle Bureau Online $499.99 Americian plus tax to sell my car on Oct 16 (about $575). They said if they did not sell my car within 90 days they would refund 75%. Well its been 14 days after the 90 days. I called them 4 times to see whats going on, all they say is pending review. I did all the proper paper work. It does not take that long to o.K. It took them notime at all to take my money for the payment. And I read on comments about them, they have a habit on giving people gas cards which then have to be activated

So if you guys could help me out I would really appreciate it alot, we don't have much money and we need this money.
