I received a call from them saying that they could sell my car for me for $500, with the money deposited to them up front. I just want to make sure this isn't a scam. I asked them a lot of questions and they seem legit.

This may be a scam. Allow me to explain why:
Red flag one
The site is registered as having been created in August. Ergo, it is not even half a year old. It is brand new.
Red flag two
The registrant is a PROXY, meaning no address is available for who actually owns the website.
Red flag three
There is no physical address on the website. We do not know where they are really based.
Red flag four
The website never states the company behind the website.
There are simply too many red flags here. I would avoid. Very likely, this is a scam.
I am selling my Nissan Murano online on various free website for e.G. Kijiji, autotrader etc. Yesterday I received a call from 'Vehicle Bureau Online' said they provide financing option for buyers and they have many buyers looking for Nissan Murano. They will also advertise my vehicle on many other websites too. They think they can sell my vehicle within two weeks after listing with them but I have to pay upfront $499.94 to use their services.
In case vehicle is not sold in 90 days after listing with them they will refund 75% of $499.94. To me sounds like some greedy realtor type business or is it a scam?
Has anyone dealt with these guys before?

Seems scam to me. A whois lookup comes back with NOTHING. The website is sketchy with only a 800# to contact and NO address info.
They will lie to you and tell you they have a buyer for your car. They spam Auto Trader and Craigslist ads. They will lie about having buyers, financing, marketing, websites, etc., anything to get you to give them your credit card number so they can charge you for non-existent marketing services. Avoid these frauds!
This is 100% Scam... BEEEEWAREEEE!!! They caught my Dad through a cold call... They promised to sell the car for more then the asking price and that they already had someone who was interested... It has been 90 days and they didn't sell the car... It's been a battle to get the 75% refund... You have to basically hire a lawyer to write a document that states you still own the car... And after all that you will be "offered" a refund.

I had same experience... Total scam and waste of time and money... I was lied to on the phone and to a much greater extent totally mislead. I waited these guys out the 90 days out of principle for the 75% refund... The conditions on the gas voucher are ridiculous... They want another $28 to activate the $100 gas voucher... It cost $35 to prove I was still in possession of the vehicle and thus quality for the refund... I should have known when the account executives name was Stephanie POWERS... Please... Please... I got nailed in early September and I could not find any info on them then... I have contacted Car Help Canada about this with the hopes more people will be warned.

Have had my car on craigslist in my area for a little over a month now. I got this email and a few phone calls from this company saying they could sell my vehicle for much more than I am asking. They also said they would setup appointments with people who are interested in it. Here is a copy of the email just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, it sounds like a scam from the beginning.
