We were booking a Park and fly room in Detroit at the Springhill Marriot. An hour or so after booking we discoverd that the booking did not include parking. Through the booking process something happened and a room with no parking was booked. My wife called HOTELSONE, she was treated very rudely and told by the employee and the supervisor that there was nothing they could do. We were just trying to upgrade to a more expensive room with parking included. This would conceivabbly brought more profit to the transaction, but no we would have to pay the entire amount and then book another package. Good business sense if you do not want repeat customers.
