Thought I was signing up for double points for motel stay. When I checked out I paid motel by credit card. When statement came I was billed by hotelsone & the motel. Motel told me they saw the double booking and cancelled the Hotelsone booking because they knew it was a mistake. I stay at the same motel every week. I have called motelsone and they told me they would have someone contact me within 72 hours. This has been a week ago.
