Booked a hotel room and received two confirmations for the same room on same day. Called to clarify that I only needed one room for that day and was guaranteed that I would only be charged for one room. Called hotel and made sure that I only had one room reserved. When I got my credit card bill, I was charged two different amounts of the same reservation.
Called HotelsOne to have charges reversed and was told that the hotel did the billing. Called hotel and said that the third party company double charged. Probably will never see refund.
