I have used this location for 18 years and been so pleased with the pharmacists and excellent assistance they provide. Yet, I am frustrated over the customer service. On my last 3 visits to the store, Angela (pharmacy tech) will not check me out when I arrive to the cashier window. When I was in the store on 1/31, I said my name and stated the med for pickup. She said immediately to 'step away from the counter while she checked out two other customers waiting on meds.' My medication was right by her cashier, and I had my Mastercard in hand. I waited around 10 min. She has done this twice before. If no one is waiting at the cashier, can a customer not walk up to the pharmacy counter and request their medicine and make quick payment at that time instead of being pushed back while others step in front?
