In November the manager at my business inquired Birch about installation of a telephone line. Birch failed to alert anyone of a line installation, so I requested the services of another carrier, since Birch failed to contact us regarding the install. I received a $199.73 bill from Birch for services that I was not aware of receiving, and I have been informed I am under contract at $44.95 a month until November. They will not reverse charges, and will not terminate the service without a $500.00 early cancellation fee.
