On august. 17. for no reason at all birch net phone company dropped me ms. Agnes Slater from the company, with out any notification. The people at birch phone company then stated that verizon took over my phone line. I then called verizon and which they told me that, that would be impossible for them to do so since i wasn't a customer at their company which is true i am not a customer at verizon but i am a customer at birch so now my phone has been shut off with out letting me know anything but the bill and the payment of the bill is always provided on time can some one please call me at (Personal Information Removed) asap, also my account # with birch net phone company is: ID: (Personal Information Removed).
