Sears will not honor their warrenty on an appliance that I purchased 5-15; The appliance tech came out to service the product. But when the appliance tech called the tech support he told him that they would not authorize replacement even though the service tech stated in his report that the burn smell has severe allergic reaction to the customer. They referred me to the blue ribbon complaint dept and he stated that the smell was not the fault of the micro even though the service tech stated that the micro wave malfuncted from a default of a sensor.
