Don't back warranty on ge micro wave ripoff

I bought a GE microwave built-in oven in Dec. 06 for over $ 300.00 on 3/27/07 that oven cought fire I called Sear because I have never had a problem with your cust. Serv. They sent someone on Wend, but then cancelled, because they where too bizzy. They came out today. Looked at the micro wave and told my husband to remove the rack and used it like that.

I could not believe this. The HOOK that holds the rack in melted and black. The inside on the microwave is black. And the vented holds are also burnt. I bought this microwave because it had a rack, and because it was from Sears. And now this tech. Comes out and tells us, to use take the rack out and use it like that. He needes to replace this micro wave I can't used it like this. Its burnt! MELTED NASTY ALL BLACK.

I would be ashamed to let ppl. Use this microwave all burnt, like this, how do I know it will not catch fire again. I need to have this replaced the serial # tl9000158u, mod jvm1640cj03, kw 1.6, vac / hz, 120/60

Sears tech come out 3/30/07 I still can't believe the customer service I got. It the worse ever. He did state your company will replace the burnt hook inside the microwave but I have to PAY for it and replace it myself when it come in the mail. And that the burn area will wipe off. Wrong. It is not gone! He removed the burnt hook for me, I went to wiped the area, the burn area did not come clean, how am I going to have a burn Sears Prod.in my house, How will I ever try to sell my house with a burnt GE Microwave.

Every person who comes to my house are going to be able to see. Then I have to tell then about the service I got from GE & Sears. I don't understand why I am getting this treatment. Plus I also had to pay for the hook. I can't believe this. 1st I still have a burnt microwave and BAD customer service, from Sear. I am in shock I am getting treated like this after I spent over $300.00 on this microwave.

I want to have this fix. How can I ever let someone see this microwave, and not have a bad felling about GE or Sear.

Its not like i am asking for something deserv.
All i want in it fix
