I had received a very professional looking letter in the mail yesterday 01/29. It was in a big brown envelope and inside was a letter basically saying that i was the confirmed winner of 2,536, 092.23 and they had made an account for me to facilitate transfer of the funds to me. Attached to the letter was an express notice tracking form on which i had to initial next to the eligibility requirements of name, age, address, and u. S citizen. Also i had to sign, date and include payment of 20.00 (which i did) and have it post marked by midnight 02/03. The letter also states that as soon as they receive my signed and completed express notice tracking form, that my claim will be processed and my cash accounting rushed to me by bonded federal carrier.
