I received a Express Notice stating that I have won $2,536, 092.23, that all I had to do was send them $20 cash, check or money order and that it had to be post marked by midnight, 05/05. They also stated that as soon as they received my signed and completed Express Notice Tracking Form, my claim will be processed and my cash accounting rushed to me by bonded federal carrier.
