False advertising, taking money from my bank account without notification or authorization. Refusal to discuss with me when I called today and refusal to refund my money.

In December, I ordered the free sample for $4.95 shipping. The the last week of December, they took $84.78 from my bank account, but I did not receive any product. Today they took another $84.78 from my account and have not to my knowledge shipped any product.

I called today to cancel and request a refund, but the representative told me they will only refund 50% of my money and refused to let me speak to a supervisor after repeated requests. He talked over me, reciting a canned statement the whole time I was trying to talk. He became rude and told me company policy cannot be changed and I should have known it. He finally hung up on me. I admit I used the term "bullshit" twice, so he used that as an excuse to hang up on me.

I calculate that the owe me $279.78; $169.56 for product not received plus $40.00 for throwing my account into overdraft two months in a row not authorized, $50.00 for my aggravation and time, $25.00 fee to file an official complaint and $20.00 for bank overdraft fee because I needed to file this complaint today rather than wait until Friday 2/1 when I receive my once a month pension check.
