Hi i would like to lodge a complaint about the free trial i excepted off line from pure berry max.
I accepted the terms and conditions that the disclosed in there add about receiving the product.
The terms of the free trip was to trial within 30 days and then pay a joining fee and receive another months worth of product but you can cancel any time please wait to two weeks for the product to be delivered.
I made payment on the 1/7 from australia and they adducted the amount of 89.00 from my account on the 6/8 i today only received this product from them. There for i did not receive my free trail and i should not be liable to pay.
As there is no address or a business name on the invoice only an over seas contact number i have know way to contact them, when i google the product there is no contact numbers either only an email address to cancel account.
I wish to get my money back as it has unfairly been taken from me and they have committed a fraud.
