This company took 89.31 out of my bank account for a free trial. The so called free trial begins when you order not when you receive it! When you call them you have a wait for the other 240 callers ahead of you. It took my an hour on hold to talk to a person. They refuse to give me a refund. I contacted the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. I was the first complaintant there. Please file complaints people if this happened to you. I guess we know why the company has so many callers on hold hoping you will hang up and not be able to cancel with them. I am trying to get my money back through my bank but don't know if I will succeed. This company is fraudulent in taking this money from you without being authorized to do so. If anyone is filing a class action suit or anything count me in. Beware of this company and the FREE TRIAL.
