I ordered a "free" trial on the 7 dec on the 16 dec i emailed the company to ask where my product was. Early January the product arrived with no instructions - i went overseas on my holiday and returned on the 26th January to find that my credit card has been continually debited by this company - when i called the company (overseas) they said cause i didnt respond to the 30 day trial, they have continued to send me products - it is so obvious it takes over 30 days to get to Australia!!! I have asked them to STOP! This is ridiculous! If there is a 30 day money back guarantee why does it take more than 30 days to receive the product!? Im to scared to open the product, there is no instructions and I wanted to send it back, but they said NO - they said they would stop debiting my credit card, but how do you trust an operator overseas that this will happen???
