Purchased 7" tablets for my kids for Xmas. One of them is faulty and I have sent numerous messages to have it replaced to no avail. I have been cc'd in a msg to their wholesaler without disclosing who this was. I will be lodging a consumer affairs claim on this one. After numerous emails and no reply, I think it it necessary. DO NOT buy or recommend this company (whypayfullprice.com.Au) as they are hopeless. Pay a little extra and get good support.
