I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service from this organisation. I have sent numerous emails regarding the fact that I have not received my item. Yet, I see today that the same item is advertised once again on their site. I am demanding an absolute full refund for the Ultimate Transformers Bumblebee figure that I purchased on 6/3. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my little boy. His birthday has come and gone. Do not purchase from why pay full price!!!
