I purchased Three Seamless Strapless Bras on 7 May as advertised on Whypayfullprice, after chasing up I finally received my package on 11 September (their estimated delivery was 2-6 weeks). But they were the wrong product. I have been emailing Whypayfullprice and supplier Uniquely Zero since 11 September asking what to do next as I didn't get what I ordered. Whypayfullprice say I have to lodge using their website which I had already done, then get an email saying it has to be lodged by email which I have probably sent them 7 of by then! My latest email from Uniquely Zero / Uniquely Deals is saying I have to ask Whypayfullprice for refund - I have proof I've sent them emails on 25 September and 10 October asking for refund! I've asked for a phone number to discuss this but I do get a response quickly saying that is not possible.
