Purchased two fry pans for Xmas 2010. This is February. Both pans have pitted and scratched. They will not send a call tag to pick them up.

They want 7.00 to "evaluate" product. Both pans were only used for frying eggs, nothing else. They have pits and scratches in them which will lead to the non stick surface to be ingested by our family which can make us sick or worse.
The utensils used for these pans were wood spatulas and rubber spatulas. Never any metal of any kind. They expect me to at my own expense. Send them back these pans, plus pay for a possible return of these pans or maybe new ones, by sending them a check. This is pure rip off. Two months use and they boast a a lifetime warranty. There should be no questions asked. They should send a call tag to have these picked up and send out new pans or refund the whole purchas price.

I will never, ever buy from Cusinart again. To now I have purchased many items by this company either in person on on line. Never again. The person I spoke to on the phone was an Asian and you can hardly understand their speech, whats wrong with hiring some Americans here to answer incoming complaints?

Yeah, I am tired of every time I call for a company I am speaking to some raghead overseas who cannot speak english. All this crap is made in freeking China, keep your crap product. I will never buy anything from this company or any company that has shipped here from any other country. Sick and tired of being ripped off by some camel jockey.
