Thought I was calling Apple technical support, called in on the same number (866) 589-2231, followed the prompts for technical support, they answered that they were apart of Apple, tried to sell me a program for my iphone, they said if I didn't use it, my phone would get locked up. I was very stupid to believe this. They told me it would be a onetime cost of $49.99, I told them to cancel everything, and was hung up on. I tried to e-mail them, it was rejected! Called back, cancelled my card, and now need identity theft protection
