Leaving different colour patches on the wall which is mostly washed off.
It has become quite clear to me that you John Boyle have no intention of sorting this problem out
As long as I have known you, you have always tried to weasel your way out of having to take responsibility for your workers and the work that they do.
I don’t blame the chap that you sent out he was a painter not a plasterer and a very nice lad and was only doing what he was told to do by your company.
The one I blame is you John Boyle.
After the first screw-up back in 2010 when you failed the inspection by John Quniey

I phoned Martin before contacting you John Boyle early this year and he told me that you have not paid him for the last job yet.

Most of the workers used by Evertex have never received any training by External Insulation
I would go as far as to say 95% and that is been generous has never had any training in using a EWIS system that had an ETAG: 004 certification.
NSAI and SEI have approved your company Evertex. Contractors are registered by SEAI on the basis of a commitment to: • Installing the works in accordance with strict technical guidelines. • Adherence to a professional Code of Practice.
Your company falls short in every respect
The finished textured acrylic render finish is applied (towelled or sprayed). We have CCTV frottage showing Evertex workers using rollers and paintbrushes and none of them were properly trained in the use of the product. I showed video frottage to John Quniey from External Insulation and he recognised one of the men, who bought paint and materials from his company for Evertex. John, said that this man never did a training course on the use of Parex LaHabra EWI systems. And this man Rudi Anderson was one of the main subcontractors

I and my wife are fed up to our back teeth with your company and your excuses and been threatened by you and your workers and accused of robbing a large drum of white primer paint which your badly trained workers spilt All over the back yard under the cctv cameras which was recorded and a copy of the photo was sent to you John Boyle.

Was happy to go along with the sloppy work under the direction of Rudi Anderson
Your employee. Vern Brown in my presence said that it was a good job in spite of the bad weather and that was before all the work was condemned by John Quniey
Of External Insulation Ireland Ltd as substandard and had to be redone by Martin Harvanec of ISOTHERM IRELAND and encase you have forgotten he was never paid for that Job.
This is how acrylic render finish is then applied
A low maintenance coloured and textured acrylic render finish is then applied (towelled or sprayed). There is an extensive pallet of colours and textures to choose from. The final result is a durable low maintenance finish that will only need hosing down to clean every 3 to 5 years. (As the finish has a 1% fade rate in a 10 year period, accent colours might fade slightly.)
If the work is properly carried out by trained personnel it will not wash away with the first drop of rain Patch up work is not the answer it never worked and it never will.
It is now time for this work to be properly sorted out by a fully trained crew
So that there will be no further problems.
It will work out a lot cheaper in the long run to do this properly now and not a lot of wasted patch up work which is stressful and a waste of time in the long term.
