John Boyle has consistently proven to be a demeaning supervisor of poor university students, normally, using intimidation, threats and an obtuse dictatorial attitude to brow beat eager student trying to earn money for university. He demands that employees arrive at 4:45 A.M. For a work day that starts at 5:00 A.M., otherwise they are classed as tardy and sent home for 4 days. If you are late a couple of times you get fired and then he fills out the record of employment as if you quit to screw up you EI claim. Just a piece of work really. He's a tall large man that uses his physical presence to intimidate people. Basically he's a wanna be hockey jock that blew out his knee and is now taking his frustrations out on the world. Well, with this notice I am now informing the board of directors that I will NEVER golf at this course ever and will actively promote that no one use the course until he is removed from his position permanently. I am counting on all the parents that golf there that they would not appreciate their kids being exposed to this poor excuse for a supervisor as one of their initial work experiences. How would you like to go to work, have him brow beat you and tell you smarten up or he'll just reach into the 2 foot pile of applications and you are history. People used to have to put up with that crap years ago but not today. Boycott this golf course until he is removed.
