Ordered 2 different android tablets on Jan. 5 Received an email that they had been shipped on Jan. 8 when I track the shipment it still says a shipping label has been created and the information will be updated when the order ships. Called 3 times & emailed twice. Still no resolution. I specifically asked for a refund and they refused. Calked my card company but I have to wait 30 days to file a dispute with them.
