Hello. I purchased a solar charger on or around 11/25, and received a confirmation message shortly thereafter. It stated I would receive another message when my item was shipped. That message never came, so I emailed customer service. No response. So I emailed again. And again. And again. No response. Then I finally found the customer service phone number (purposely hard to find, nomorerack?) and was hung on. Twice. The third call, a CSR told me that my item would be shipped the following Sunday or Monday, 12/2 or 12/3. Yet here we are at 12/5, and still no shipment. After that, I finally received an email response to the prior inquiries (a week later - but hey, I thought you had a 24hr guarantee!?), which stated no helpful information at all and only responded to my most recent email (one of several, many days apart) asking to cancel the order. I was told the order could not be cancelled. So here I am, $15 less in my bank account, with no product, no shipment, and continual "guarantees" about the package that hasn't been shipped and probably won't ever be. I want my money back. Now. If paypal fails to resolve this, I will go through my bank. I'll also be happy to report nomorerack.com on all possible internet scam warning websites. Money. Back. Now. Now! (This is a dispute email I sent through paypal to nomorerack!)
