Agree with the other person who says it is a scam. I watch a derm exclusive infomercial and was told i would get a double fill and freeze. I ordered on line rather than call and do not recall seeing or hearing anything about auto ship. Anyway the product finally came minus the "double" fill and freeze stating they were out of it and take this tiny tube of moisturizer and when we get more fill and freeze we will send. Well, almost 30 days later and no fill and freeze BUT and this is what really gets me, they shipped on auto ship another derm exclusive shipment stating this is AN AUTO SHIP PROGRAM. Well, the phone number is so hard to find on the invoice not to mention that the return is your expense in this HUGE box that has a one inch tiny return label that requires a return authorization number. So i tell the guy that i want to return the product and he gives me what I think is the RA number but it is the cancellation number. He does not give me the RA number until way after he tells me this is auto ship and my card has been charged for auto ship. He gives me 2 RA numbers and says my next shipment will be here around the 30th. Needless to say SCAM and the real problem is that the product is TERRIBLE! So many other things that are much better. So sad, i really like minnie driver but i guess she has to make a buck somewhere.
