Ordered thru their website a special for 99 cents for a tube of HydroShape. They automatically enrolled me in their Auto Ship Program. Under their terms and conditons, I could cancel the autoship program at anytime. I paid the 99 cent on my credit card. Received the product on March 11 and on March 19th I emailed them canceling the Auto Ship program. They reponded canceling the auto ship program and said I could order from them when I wanted more. Come April 11 I have a charge of $69.00 from HCBL. I did not order anymore of the product.
I contacted their customer support to find out the reason for the charge. All I get is I didn't send back the original sample tube so they were charging me an extra $69.00. Returns were only if you did not like the product. I like the product I just wanted to order the refills by myself.
From what I understand I have gotten charge $69.00 for not using their auto ship program!!
