They have horrible customer service, i was hung up on twice and passed around the call center over and over to non english speaking people another time. Was not even being heard another time. I booked my flight online for a 10:19am departure and was charged $700.00 for 2 round trip tickets. There was a 12:45am flight that would of been about $730.00 for the 2 tickets. I booked mine for the 10:19am flight and paid the $700.00 and i notice later my itinerary says 12:45am. I know i didnt ask for that flight and i sure as hell didnt get charged for that flight but volaris cares about nothing but there fees for changing the flight plan. They can tell me im correct about the price difference HOWEVER they cant explain why i was not charged the right amount but they can tell me it will cost me $140.00 to change the time. Horrible day horrible experience and i dont fly out till tomorrow. Have not even made it to the airport and i hate these people already. I was stuck paying to change the time because thats all they kept telling me. Yes you can change it but pay.
