I recently changed my billing for my BB and noticed charges of $10.00 per month from Motime via my Bell bill. I did not know what Motime was. It turns out, sometime last year I searched for ringtones.in doing so, Motime started billing me monthly fees. As I did not see my itemized bill until I just changed it, I did not know about this. The total billed was $154.00 for a product I never bought, never used, never downloaded. This is a scam. I still don't know how they were able to bill my account without my authorization. Shame on Bell to allow this.
I complained and received a $70.00 refund. They kept the rest.
