My parents noticed this monthly . 00 charge from Motime.ca on their bill and contacted Bell Mobility to inquire. They are both Seniors and were surprised to learn it was for "ringtones" and had been going on every month since 2009. When they said they don't have any contract for ringtones Bell said deal with Motime.ca. Since when did Bell become a credit card charging for fraudalent services and bills without being able to provide any evidence of a contract?
