I purchased a turbotax for personal and business. I received a download but it was for windows not Mac. I finally did receive a different download, but do not want to share storage online and pay for that or lose my info. I have emailed several times, left several phone messages and have noticed during that time that the site was suspended, then nonexistent. Can't get a response anywhere and want my money back! Don't fall for this one, I am so ticked off that I did.
