I searched online for particular remixes of songs. When I did, I came upon www.audiolunchbox.com I chose the songs I wanted and entered my payment information. I then received a generated email response from the software of which they use. It read like this:
Thank you for your recent purchase at audiolunchbox.com.
Please keep this email as a record of your transaction.
Transaction ID: XXXXXXXXXX
I then went back to their website and attempted to download the songs I paid for. As I did, I realized the downloads I downloaded were empty mp3 files. I continued to troubleshoot this until I realized their website was not working as they advertised.
At that time, I contacted with the following email:

I cannot seem to download the files. Could you please help me?

I waited several hours and did not receive a response. Concerned about getting my songs, I realized their website only gave a 24 hour time limit to download the songs purchased. I then decided to respond again with:

I cannot download the songs I purchased. Where is a valid link to where I can download them?
Please assist me with this.

Today, I attempted to email them again with screenshots of their website not allowing me to download the music I purchased. Still no response. Here is what I wrote:

However, everytime I click on Download, an empty file downloads. That's it. I am not getting what I paid for. I haven't heard from anyone and the time is running out. I want the songs. BUt I am not happy there is no response. I would like for your organization to please either email the songs to me. Or, fix your website. If I do not hear from you today, I will be forced to reverse the payment with my financial institution.

I am reporting your website to the complaint with all the documentation included. I have emailed your support email 4 times after making my purchase yesterday about this time. I have yet to receive one response. For this reason, I am going to warn others not to make purchase on your website and will continue to pursue this until I get my money back.

I urge everyone reading this report NOT to patronize www.audiolunchbox.com since there is no support to assist you in getting what you paid for. Be warned and spread the word. To this day, I have not heard from this organization.
