I made an internet order on 29/11 for products from Hostapharm, payment thru credit card but securely processed by the eWay payment getway
I was calling to the them cancel the order because the shipment issue, and a female customer service officer did agreed given me a refund.
Few days later, i did couple emails and phone calls but there is no respond.
During this time the site changed from Hostapharm to Innopharm, the free call number of Hostapharm not longer on the website anymore, then email to [email protected] get replied by The seller and he asked for bank detail.
1 month later, email 5 times for checking the refund status but no response.
Final email on 5 Jan i emailed seller informing him of my intent to file a report to the consumer department and gave him a week to respond.
1 week later, no respond
