I copy and paste this only information they gave me to contact the seller.
My complain is, when ask them to cancel my order after not hearing from them not even email for 2 days about my order, I emailed them right away for cancelation. Then I recived an email (finally) telling me that they already canceled my order. This is 2 days after I check my bank July 31 and find out that they debited $73.10, when they emailed me that they canceled it already. Here is the email:

... I need help because when I asked them about my money they said, they will refund it within a month.
