I had four websites with ipage.com, before I found out that they will remove funds from your account without your permission. The first time it was called a 'glitch', and as my websites expired with ipage, I transferred them elsewhere.
I did the same two months ago, transferred a website that I had removed all account information, and according to ipage.com they would not have my card on file once it is deleted, yet they still managed to charge my bank over $150.000. I transferred the domain out to another hosting company and have emails from ipage.com that the domain was transferred yet today the site is down.
Now fastdomains owns it.? I have been told that it will be four days before ipage.com will have an 'answer'.
I don't know about fastdomains.com but ipage.com is a fraud. Do not use them. Period.
Everyone of my websites ipage.com tried to take money out after I removed the auto-renew, from every account I had with ipage.com.
Stay away from this company.
