I ordered a domain name from ipage.com and realising that I had the same name registered with another Hosting Company, not thinking so I immediately cancelled the Domain with ipage but on recieving my Bank Statement ipage had taken 197.70 USD from my account, when I contacted them they said they would only refund me 85.80 USD since then I have been unable to contact this Company since as they require a username and password which was never entered in the first place, so now I have no way of contacting this site for my Refund

Refuses to reimburse annual renewal fee even though the account was cancelled 2 months prior. All documentation of such cancellation was provided to them and yet they continue to refuse reimbursement
